Brushing and linking¶
Simple example¶
Brushing and linking is the way we highlight the same data in different plots. In the animation below, we make a selection in the right hand plot in time and depth. The data in the left hand plot is highlighted to show the same points in time and geographical location. This gives the user the possibility to interactively explore correlations.
Several plots¶
Several plots may be used simultaneously giving the user the means to gain deeper insight in to the data. In this example we are exploring data in the depth parameter and looking at correlations in location, flouresence and water temperature.
